Organization	This should be either your company name, organization name, or blank.

User Type (*)	The default value here is also fine.
License (*)	Only trial licenses are available from this form. Permanent licenses may be purchased here.
Abbreviated Turing Test (*)	This value is required to prove that you are not an automated script or some kind of robot. This MUST be the same value you used in the email address field above.
