With the registration of the evaluation version of TclBridge, five (5) days of limited Internet technical support is provided for any issues relating directly to the component.
With the purchase of a license, Internet technical support and/or phone technical support (if applicable to your license) is provided for any issues relating directly or indirectly to the component for the amount of time specified by your license. Enterprise corporate/government support is available to organizations that purchase an appropriate license. Technical support is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis to all qualifying customers. There is no warranty on technical support. Please note that the technical support phone number may be a toll call from your locality. |
